Rozerem Side Effects

Use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Rozerem will cause drowsiness and may cause dizziness.

Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor if they continue or are bothersome): bad taste, daytime sleepiness, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, nausea.

Side effects that you should report to your doctor as soon as possible: breast milk production or discharge from nipples, decreased sex drive, extreme tiredness or weakness, joint or muscle pain, mental depression or worsening of depression, missed monthly period (for women), suicidal thoughts, trouble breathing or shortness of breath, worsening of insomnia.
